Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You may maintain only one account per person unless we expressly authorize otherwise.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your profile up to date, especially payout details.
• The Service is intended for users in regions where we make it available; you are responsible for complying with local laws.

2. The Service

TaskMoney is a rewards platform. Users complete tasks (such as watching content, surveys, check-ins, installs, spin wheel, scratch cards, and referrals) to earn coins and/or rupee balances that may be withdrawn subject to verification, minimum thresholds, and payout schedules described in our refund & reward policy.

TaskMoney is free to join. We do not require you to deposit money, purchase a membership, or pay an activation fee to earn rewards. Anyone asking you to pay to unlock TaskMoney earnings is not authorized by us.

3. Account & security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may require phone or email verification and may refuse or close accounts that appear fraudulent or incomplete.
• Some profile fields (such as verified mobile) may not be editable after registration for security reasons.

4. Tasks, proofs & rewards

• Task availability, reward amounts, and requirements may change at any time without prior notice.
• Rewards are not guaranteed until credited to your wallet. Tasks requiring proof are subject to admin review.
• False, edited, duplicate, or misleading proofs may result in rejection and account action.
• We may reverse credits issued in error or obtained through abuse, automation, or policy violations.
• Coins and rupee balances displayed in the app are promotional credits until a withdrawal is approved and paid out.

5. Wallet & withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is currently ₹500 unless we publish a different minimum in-app.
• Withdrawal requests may be submitted on any day from the 1st – 7th of every month, after manual review.
• Approved payouts are typically sent between the 1st – 7th of the following month to the UPI, Paytm, or bank details you submit when redeeming.
• Incorrect payout details may delay or prevent payment until corrected.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI networks, or incorrect information you provide.
• Taxes, if any, on rewards are your responsibility unless required otherwise by law.

6. Referrals

Referral rewards are paid in coins; the amount per successful referral is set in app configuration and may change. Programs are subject to additional rules shown in the app. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or incentive spam are prohibited. We may withhold or reverse referral rewards if abuse is detected.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation to complete tasks or farm rewards.
• Create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity.
• Manipulate proofs, screenshots, referrals, or device fingerprints.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or other users.
• Harass staff or other users in support chat or contact channels.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party task rules.
• Resell, transfer, or buy accounts or wallet balances.

Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of pending rewards, and permanent ban without refund of any amounts not yet paid out.

8. Intellectual property

TaskMoney name, logo, app design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. proof images) but grant us a license to store, display, and review it for operating the Service.

9. Third-party services

Tasks may link to external websites, apps, or advertisers. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or offers. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or pose risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the TaskMoney at any time. Upon termination, unused promotional balances may be forfeited except where we are required to pay out approved withdrawals.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION, OR THAT REWARDS OR WITHDRAWALS WILL MEET ANY PARTICULAR TIMELINE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASKMONEY AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT WE PAID YOU IN WITHDRAWALS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ₹1,000, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskMoney from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify features, rewards, payout rules, or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a new date. Material changes may be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your location. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve concerns informally.
